9/11 is analogous to an individual revenge killing that hits the wrong man.

But it is trivial in comparison to horror of terror-bombing of Hamburg or
Dresden or the fire-bombing of Tokyo.

Repeat: 9/1 was utterly trivial and the emotional respnses to it ere
juvenile.

9/11 was a stupid individual criminal act. Those bombings were deliberate
choices by a sovereign power to commit a mass slaughter.
