Lingering fear of hyperinflation from the 1920s as helping lead to Nazism
is often cited for German banking policies, as opposed to the more
proximate Great Depression -- I think I remember this going back at least
to the 80s. Does anybody have a lead on a history or analysis of this
association?
Thanks
