Step one is convincing radicals to be radical instead of quaint.
Step two is making the obvious acceptable. Medication will be required.
Step three is getting government attention by encoding all messages.
Step four is spreading the idea that the slave ethic is not freedom.
Step five is sitting back and letting people learn the hard way. Experience is the worst teacher, but effective.
