Rickie Ray Rector killed an Arkansas policeman and then turned the gun on
himself, effectively giving himself an extremely crude lobotomy.
Afterwards, he was described as having the "intelligence of a three year
old on valium." Someone else will have to tell us how exactly those
scum-sucking sons-of-bitches decided he was competant to stand on trial.
Anyway, this is they guy Clinton went back to Arkansas to kill. Rector
used to save his dessert for later in the evening, and, after they
executed him, they went to clean out his cell and discovered that he had
saved his dessert --that's how much he udnerstood what was going on.
