Hastert earned a 100% pro-tobacco rating on 3 key votes
in 1997 and was identified by a US Chamber of Commerce
lobbyist as a key player in the move to kill a
curb-teen smoking bill this summer.

You can't function in the House leadership without
being pro-tobacco.  Even if you're from Illinois.
