Tibet

My take on Tibet is that the ruling classes are a pretty disgusting group,
no matter how good their PR is. The problem, however, is that China seems
to regard this rather benighted plot of land in the same way that the
Russians viewed Afghanistan. You simply can not reform such societies at
the point of a bayonet.
