Doing Time, Doing Vipassana

Has anyone seen the movie _Doing Time, Doing Vipassana_?  I missed it's 
playing at a theatre here in SF.  It's about penal reform in India, and 
the Vipassana meditation sessions inmates perform.  Seems like it might 
be an Eastern version of more explicitly "personal responsibility"-based 
techniques of enforced moral-shackling introspection in the West.  The 
ad in the paper says "Something unique is happening in India's 
prisons--something that is affecting penal systems around the world."
