Yes -- according to the Alan Guttmacher Institute, one in six "born-again" women have had abortions. (For the whole population of women it's roughly two in five.) And for many of those born-agains, there's a born again parent, spouse, boyfriend etc who's helping them through the experience. I think these people could be brought to see their commonalty with other women who have catastrophic pregnancies.
