No, they don't show up for demos. Lefties, though, seem to know next to nothing about the ideology or sociology of right-wing politics. I was once on the radio with that great expert on the right, Sara Diamond, and she couldn't tell a neocon from a paleocon, but she got a little pissy when this was pointed out to her. If you're going to denounce people, which I'm all for, you should know what they stand for. Here we are having a debate about "militias," when no one seems to be able to define the term, much less explain who they are or what they believe.
