Ralph Nader is first and foremost a consumer advocate. As such, he is
doing exactly what he should be doing by talking about utility overcharges,
etc. Schwartz is also right about plaintiff's attorneys, also, for their
actions have resulted in some of the relatively few legal (many
court-based, but not entirely) restrictions placed on the large
corporations in this "free market economy." In my view, acknowledging that
he is not broad-based (a terrible job in his "run" for president, although
he told everyone up front that he would not campaign), he is still one of
the best forces for common people in this country. He should not be
whacked for not doing more.
