Whilst agreeing with Carl's drift, I'm peeved that ITN should get the glory for covering the problem of depleted Uranium in Iraq, This was covered two years earlier by my own magazine LM, at a time when ITN was still pedalling the lie of Saddam's almighty war machine.

More specifically when LM exposed ITN's pictures of the Trnpolje Camp as less than they appeared to be, they started a writ of libel against LM, under Britain's onerous libel laws.

This 'censorship for hire' procedure, under which the wealthy can silence opponents has been rumbling on for more than a year as ITN try to price us out of the case by dragging out the pre-trial conference, saddling us with spectacular fees.
