This past week there was a seminar on pkt (Post Keynesian Thought) on a paper by Paul Davidson. His paper constituted a critique of the Tobin tax and there was a very heated and vigorous discussion. The list is at pkt at csf.colorado.edu. Its main manager is Ric Holt who is at rholt at sou.edu and he can tell you how to access the seminar.
