Has Ivan Itkin the Democratic candidate for governor of Pennsylvania taken a position on the death penalty? Will he commute Mr. Mumia's sentenance to life imprisonment? This is politics at its rawest.
Former Pennsylvania Gov. Milton Shapp(Shapira) was against the death penalty and for the rehabilitation of prisoners in meaningful ways. A great man and a good governor.
