Hmmm. What you are saying does not inspire a great deal of confidence in the possible cohexistence of socialism and freedom. Then don't be surprised if, in the real world, the masses prefer to "spin out of control", and keep telling the socialists "thanks but no thanks".

Charles: My experience is that liberals abuse power more than communists and Marxists. Marxists are honest in saying there is some authority needed. Liberals are twofaced between tolerance and tyranny, pretending the former and unexpectedly dropping the latter on you.
