I would say that it is not necessarily as important whether the rich stay rich as it might seem. Consider the casino. It may offer a fair game, but the house always gets the better odds. Capitalism is clearly slanted towards large ownership interests. If for no other reason, capitalism is dependent on the largesse of the rich.
