Today, Lionel Jospin Prime Minister of France, responding to a question of a parliamantary during today's session, confirmed that France will not come back to the next round of negociations of the MAI planned to take place next week at the OECD in Paris.

The prime Minister added that a 'more suitable fora should be the WTO'.

Following, the report from Euro Deputy Mrs Lalumiere, which is soon to be released, the Prime Minister stated : 'we can not leave a multilateral agreement protecting only private interests rule out the sovereignety of States' end of citation.
