Since the early 1950s, Monthly Review Press has been publishing some of the best books on the left. From classics such as "Labor and Monopoly Capital" and "Monopoly Capital" to timely works such as "Vulnerable Planet" and "Korea: Division, Reunification, and U.S. Foreign Policy," MR Press has continued to provide the left with invaluable resources for waging the struggle against capitalism.
Today, the Press needs your help. It has an opportunity to consolidate its finances and expand its operations by making an arrangement with a major academic press to distribute its books. However, to do this, the Press very urgently needs to raise $150,000 within the next month. If it can do this, its future looks very bright. If it cannot, it will very likely have to significantly curtail its operations or even cease publishing altogether.
