Having spent some time in the South, I would say Clinton's upbringing is showing. "Two bit prick" "Two bit n-word" "Two bit white trash" and "Two bit whore" are all terms I've heard used there before.
I'd say his psychological baggage is hanging out too. Though I am no psychologist ... his derogatory slur is directed against his own class position growing up in Hope, then later Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was probably chided as a child for having "less" station in life. -- Marta Russell
