After a day of shooting off my mouth too much, in the face of the reports that nearly all of the still existing ethnic Albanian Kosovar population of several hundred thousand are on the move without shelter, food, or water, medical care, or anything else except bombs and bullets, it is pretty clear that what NATO/US should be doing now is dropping food, water, blankets, etc., and lots of them.
