Marta, i'm not sure what exactly you're trying to argue but if you'd like i have a lot of stuff on what they call occupational segregation.  while it is surely true that women are often paid less than men doing the same work, even in the same organization, it is also more important to examine how women have often been concentrated in certain low paying occupations and have often been concentrated in *kinds* of work within an occupation.
