Oops! I'm afraid I'm mixing up my mad bombers. Harris did conduct a
particularly savage form of strategic bombing, but, on reflection, I
believe the "make the rubble bounce" comment was actually made in the
context of nuclear arms race overkill -- can't recall who made it.
