Is this the same delusional who portrayed himself as "Our Nig" in his own movie? He seems sufficiently out of the box to be a pscyhopathic president though he'll need to rack up some experience as the Mayor of South Central first and probably consign himself to being Jerry Brown's VP in the 2004 race.
