I think it does not make sense to construct an 'ideal capitalism', but
instead one as to look at the historical development of capitalism.
Basically I would argue without colonialism and slavery no primitive
accumulation and without primitive accumulation no present day capitalism.
Furthermore capitalist order relies on nation states. In the era of
imperialism nation states can be seen as racist per se.
There is an ideological aspect as well: Since capitalists are a small
minority of the population they need some ideology to justify the capitalist
order. In this effect nationalism and racism have been very effective.
