Castro on the fall of capitalism

At the 40th anniversary of the Cuban revolution, the media report:

>>
The current capitalist-dominated world economic order will, Castro predicted, "fall inevitably", while speculative cash-flows and neoliberal globalization had taken the world to the edge of disaster. <<

[Interesting BTW that he does not think "there is no such thing as neo-liberalism".]

But does anyone have access to the actual text, or to the Party's thinking, to explain the argument that capitalism is going to fall. Or is it just an assertion that if neo-liberalism can fall, capitalism can fall?
