Tom Metzger

I am seem to recall reading that Tom Metzger lists Eugene Debs among his favorite political figures. Metzger also stands out amongst contemporary neo-Nazis because he is an avowed atheist. He condemns religion especially Christianity as a force for holding back the "White Race." In this I suppose his views echo those of the Nazi ideologist, Rosenberg, who thought that the Nazis should have taken an explicit anti-Christian line. BTW most contemporary neo-Nazis seem to subscribe to some version of Christian Identity which holds that the Aryan race is the true Israel, and hence God's "Chosen People."
