How *is* that working out?  BaTiO2, SrTiO2, PbZrTiO2 or something
else for the ferroelectric?  What's the deposition technique? CVD,
sol-gel?
How about fatigue after many R/W cycles?

Who's the Electrical Union?  I used to know more about this...
