I just got a look at Brad's paper on *The Next Economy*?
Brad, what do you think of Chico State Professor Michael Perelman's work in which questions have excludibility, rivalry and transparency have been raised ever since his 1991 book *Information, Social Relations and the Economics of High Technology* (St Martin's) parts of which are condensed and updated in *Class Warfare In the Information Age*, last year also from St Martin's. Michael has long emphasized the problems deriving from near zero marginal costs in the reproduciton of information commodities.
And Michael, what do you think of Brad's paper, recently discussed on the front page of the WSJ?
