Rubin replaced by Summers by mid summer?

They're really playing up Summers' imminent ascension. The Washington Post
had a big piece 7-10 days ago, he was on the Time cover with Rubin &
Greenspan, etc. Years ago when he was introduced to a Wall Street hard
money conference as a former adviser to the Dukakis campaign, people broke
out in laughter. Now he'll be their man in DC.
