I am still unclear on the numbers killed by the Yugoslav Army in Kosovo, which seems pretty speculative (though Barkley has a point, there is clearly some relation between the numbers that move and the numbers killed).

On the other hand we do know, I think, how many Yugoslavs have been killed in Nato's bombing as they are individually named in the action brought by the Milosevic regime against the intervention in the Hague. According to press reports they number 1000, which is thankfully much fewer than were killed in the aerial bombing of Iraq. -- Jim heartfield
