Rugova Calls for Continuation of NATO airstrikes

[Seth Ackerman]

Rugova's position has changed several times in the past few months. His
statements are calculated for political reasons, not necessarily for
reasons of bedrock principle. Which is not necessarily a bad thing
considering how unstable the situation is at the moment.
