As I replied to Doug, there are truths that empower and those that disable. I generally prefer the former.

erm, we are talking about the US Constitution here, yes? The pillocks who are eroding the Bill Of Rights are indeed also having a bad effect on Canada --and for that matter, the world-- but it's different in kind.
