The new metropoles are learning fast, *very* fast. Superkeiretsu are
springing up like super-Saiyans, while Japan is throwing another 150 EUR
billion stimulus package at its economy, to ensure that the nascent
recovery becomes a boom (details available over at
http://www.cnnfn.com/1999/11/10/asia/wires/stimulus_wg/).  Note that the
real stimulus is probably lower (due to accounting tricks, it's probably
100 EUR billion or so), but this is still huge money, and will ensure that
SE Asia gets back on track.  Onwards to East Asian class struggle,
comrades!
