Cardiovascular fitness? Reducing triglycerides in the blood? Lowering stress? Improving blood vessel elasticity? Stimulating fat clearing enzymes in the blood? Preventing/reversing artherosclerosis? All particularly important, it would seem, for an "aging woman".
