Guess who these authorities are? None other than Bernard Kouchner, co-founder of Medecins Sans Frontieres and now the UN representative who runs Kosovo like a dictator, backed by 30 000 troops and 50 outside agencies. No doubt he and his medical cronies are busy healing the place after the damage done by Nato bombs. These are the people just rewarded for their services with the Nobel Peace Prize. Anyone with any doubts about the role of NGOs?
