What a scream! Get ready to get nuked...that is if Philly's best haven't beat y'all over the head on the streets and in the jails and refused the lawyers entry into the jail and arraignment proceedings.
Michael Pugliese P.S. Heard Bo Gritz yesterday on the Genesis Communications Network http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/Senate/6389/weekdays.html go on about this, "Operation Garden Plot." Is it an update of "REX-84" and "Operation Cable Splicer, " from the FEMA/NSC crowd? ............................................................................ .................. Message: 1

Feds Prepared for Nuclear Disaster
NewsMax.com Wednesday, August 2, 2000
Wired magazine reports that "the U.S. Army is prepared to respond to disruptions ranging from civil disobedience to nuclear explosions at the Republican National Convention. ..."
Wired says that the federal government has drawn up elaborate plans in the wake of terrorism fears. One response plan calls for C-5 Galaxy cargo planes on standby to carry troops and heavy military gear into Willow Grove Naval Air Station, just outside Philadelphia.
The National Guard has also been put on standby.
Wired has obtained a document from the Federal Emergency Management Agenc. FEMA has confirmed the document as authentic.
"We try to plan for any event like this as we would plan for a hurricane," Ross Fredenburg, FEMA's regional public information officer, told Wired.
The FEMA document also has contingency plans for the U.S. First Army to implement what FEMA calls "Operation Garden Plot."
"In case of a catastrophic attack on Philadelphia - a nuclear assault, for example - a backup FEMA regional command post is located at the U.S. Army Reserve Center at Willow Grove," Wired reports.
FEMA claims they have similar plans for the Democratic convention in Los Angeles this month.
