What are the legal grounds of the lawsuit? It does not seem that Nader & Co. used any of the MC trademarks, and the idea that MC can claim "ownership of the idea of contrasting monetary and non-monetary value seems ludicrous. Except perhaps that in Amerika Master card could literay be what it says it is.
Does that, or for that matter any SLAP, qualify as a frivolous lawsuit?
