Why Nader? Given his lack of commitment to "group process and decison-making?"
The Greens feel that Nader (who certainly did not embrace the Green Party's principles (as stated in the platform) in 1996 has a shot at getting the 4% necessary to qualify for federal matching funds. Funds that are certain to be used to fund a Green Party bureaucracy or at least that's what some hope for.
Given the track record, I can't believe that anyone from the Greens would denigrate anyone else as someone who "doesn't know how to build a grassroots political movement." Mike Dolan? Come on!
Until the Green Party deals with its process junkie "leadership" (just listen to the process addicts whine in that article) and its selective vision re money (especially Ralph's sources), it will go nowhere.
