heh. I dunno, duty calls on one to hate Krugman quite a lot? .... I have no personal experience of the man, but the only anecdote I've heard about him has him typing on a laptop at the dinner table [shudder], during an (admittedly dull) speech.

I think the real reason for my fire and bile is that I'm back on the whisky/codeine/St. John's Wort diet, which has been known to do nasty things to my personality. Plus I'm getting up sinfully early in the morning due to having moved to Oxford again, chasing the girlf's wild PhD. And Morgan Stanley blew me out for that job (fuckers). And I'm increasingly coming to suspect that an utter cock on our team is earning more than me, despite having no clients. And George Graham at the FT isn't replying to my email. And ... and ..., and .... yadda yadda yadda. Nobody cares, and if they do, they shouldn't. I ought to start volunterr work again . . . .

cheers and weekend beers

Wot a waste of bandwidth, I ask you.
