A cartoonist in Florida name Michael Diana received a pretty similar sentence for publishing obscene works. The punishment included being ordered to not have any contact with children, and submitting to suprise home invasions by police in order to make sure he wasn't drawing any new cartoons. http://www.cbldf.org/casefiles/diana.shtml
