There are some interesting articles on the national employment situation (with a bit of a focus, of course, on higher-level workers) but there is one on 0% unemployment in Madison County where they note employers despair of finding workers:

"Job experts are urging employers to begin looking for workers among formerly marginalized groups, like criminals and liberal arts majors, but apparently it hasn't helped these folks."
Pity the poor employers who run out of ex-felons, having to turn to ** shudder ** English majors.
