Hopefully it does, since I condemn propaganda (along with punishment for speech, however propagandistic) across the board, whether imaginary Kuwaiti children "murdered" by Iraqi troops to LM's apology for Serb murder.
Many leftists match US and NATO propaganda idea for idea, merely reversing the truth to falsehood in every case. They become propagandistic mirrors for those governments. And like those governments, they rewrite history, making Penny Marshall's and Ian Willians attacks on the European indifference to the Bosnian slaughter into a retroactive apology for war years later.
