Look. This case is very simple. The undercover police tried to buy dope from Dorismond. He resisted. That is obstruction of the police in the lawful performance of their duties, a criminal offense in any jurisdiction.

So, police officer Vasquez shot him dead. Perfectly justifiable.

Can't you see things Giuliani's way?
