In all fairness to the Times, they did print an extremely scathing article about Bush's past business history failures. Without explicitly saying it, the author portrayed W. as inept and well connected. It appeared last spring...right around this time of year. It was huge - front page plus an entire page with snazzy graphics and all.
Still, one article doesn't make-up for the remaining thousands of glowing accounts of him.
