If by "figure out" you mean that governments that respect political, civil, and human rights are chosen by the people in free or fair elections, hell yes!

CB: What if the Koreans don't agree with the Ugly Americans that what you list are the keys to democracy and freedom, but rather number one is freedom from Yankee Imperialism and imposition of a system like America's is actually fake democracy and a cover for colonialism ? What if they want to do democracy their way, not yours ? What if they don't agree that they would be better off not following their own leaders and don't want your , American leadership ?
