what does NAIRU stand for? working on economic development and environmental justice issues, i call these policies as TWIMBY (third world in my backyard).
after all, we have
1. continuation of the siting of toxic generators in communities of color and low income and not enough attention to properly cleaning the "legacy" wastes of the past.
2. low wage dead end jobs, often with hazardous substances
3. profits being exported out of the neighborhoods
4. little attention paid to building equity in community residents
any thoughts?
