Mission of the Quote Kvetcher

I hope that people won't be
insulted, but I intend a little
gentle kvetching at the huge overquotation
prevalent.  I'll just post the largest unnecessary
quote every so often (i.e., when I remember/feel
like it).  This will include the huge, eye-hurting
HTML blocks that some people post.

I'll stop posting names, because that's not
kvetching, that b****ing.
