Those who put out such twaddle as this lack the imagination to recognize that there are fellow citizens who simply don't accept their categories. The premise of "no difference" is just that, a *premise* (taken for granted, established). Why bother endlessly to prove the obvious?
Now there are immense agitational, tactical, and strategic questions of how to move towards mass recognition of that premise. But those who doubt the premise are not useful participants in such a discussion.
