This is clearly one of those cases in which the whole
argument consists in the vague suggestiveness of
one word -- scientistic. By scientistic the author
clearly means whatever doesn't agree with his
preconceived notions.

People who can't argue without the use of this bit
of jargon are seldom worth reading.
