Yes.  Much of it seemed pretty foolish to me - it predicted all that would have gone wrong if
Clinton hadn't been in the White House since 1992, but it assumed that all else was held equal.  Of
course, all else WOULDN'T have been held equal; in particular, it doesn't seem safe to assume that
the Republicans would have taken over both branches of congress in 1994 had Bush Sr. still been in
the White House.
