No, the harshest it gets (from experience) is usually "social imperialist"- there is a hint of fascist accusation there, although the actual term "social fascist" is historically discredited because of its misuse by the German Communists themselves when they misguidely (and tragically) equated the Social Democrats with the fascists. But combined with a post-WW II anti-colonial and anti-imperialist tradition, "social imperialist" is probably the best equivalent insult.
Although the "cruise missile liberal" epithet in the Kosovo period was a fun variant :)
